Arctic Dwarves are dwarves who thrive in cold environments. Able to burrow into ice and mud, they build their mountain halls inside monumental glaciers.
An arctic dwarf replaces their Stonecunning feature with the following:
Snowcunning - You have resistance to cold damage. In addition, you can use a bonus action to gain a burrow speed equal to half your walking speed for 10 minutes.
Stout Halflings are hinfolk with strong dwarven blood. Whether it’s their grandparents or parents, a Stout Hin is just as capable as any dwarf.
A stout halfling replaces their Naturally Stealthy feature with the following:
Dwarven Resilience - You have resistance to poison damage. You also have advantage on saving throws you make to avoid or end the poisoned condition.
Dwarven Lineage - You are also considered a dwarf for any prerequisite or effect that requires you to be a dwarf.
Size. You are Medium or Small. You choose the size when you select this race.
Darkvision You can see in dim light within 60 feet of you as if it were bright light and in darkness as if it were dim light. You discern colors in that darkness only as shades of gray.
Languages You can speak, read, and write Common and one other language that you and your DM agree is appropriate for your character.
Radiant Resistance You have resistance to radiant damage.
Invigorating Power You know the sacred flame cantrip. Starting at 3rd level, you can cast the goodberry spell with this trait. Starting at 5th level, you can also cast the healing spirit spell with this trait, without a material component. Once you cast goodberry or healing spirit with this trait, you can't cast that spell with it again until you finish a long rest. You can also cast either of those spells using any spell slots you have of the appropriate level. Intelligence, Wisdom, or Charisma is your spellcasting ability for these spells when you cast them with this trait (choose when you select this race).
Size You are Medium or Small. You choose the size when you select this race.
